Originally from Buenos Aires, Damian Silvi launched his impressive luxury development sales career in Miami in 2008 joining the Catena Group. With over $1.3 billion dollars in sales volume, Damian’s approach to real estate is driven by an exceptional standard for customer service and passion for helping buyers discover their dream home in South Florida.
His sales portfolio includes some of Miami’s most prominent real estate developments such as Icon Brickell, Midtown, SLS LUX, Hyde Midtown, and currently Missoni Baia and Una Residences. Damian consistently ranks as one of the company’s top producers year after year.
Prior to focusing exclusively on development real estate, Damian worked with the hospitality industry’s most notable brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, Hilton and Hyatt. This experience was instrumental to his understanding of client services and the value of meticulous attention to detail.
Now a true real estate virtuoso, Damian is also an investor, landlord, property manager and homeowner – giving him the unique perspective and ability to anticipate the diverse needs of every type of client.
Damian attended Universidad de Palermo in Argentina with a major in hospitality. He currently resides in Miami where he enjoys living a healthy, active lifestyle.
