Let the Holiday Season Begin!
December 20, 2022The holidays are almost here and to really get into the spirit of the season, here are a few of our favorite holiday events happening around our magical city! 💫
✨Zoo Lights – Head to Zoo Miami’s winter holiday celebration to enjoy a million bright, animal-shaped lights, dazzling tree lights and a 26-foot tall holiday LED tree!
✨Grand Chanukah Celebration at Ponce Circle Park – Join in on the fun at the annual City of Coral Gables Festival of Lights Chanukah Celebration with a firetruck parade and gelt drop, live music, and hot potato latkes and traditional Chanukah doughnuts!
✨Million Dollar Quartet Christmas – Join Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins (or, at least, the actors playing them) as they reenact the play “Million Dollar Quartet” but this time, singing holiday music!
✨Vizcaya Late Holiday Evening – Celebrate this season with lights as Vizcaya decorates the way it did 100 years ago!
✨Santa’s Circus and Magical Village – Jungle Island becomes a holiday wonderland with an interactive walk-through adventure that includes lights, music, characters, photos with Santa, gingerbread-making and hot chocolate and churros!
✨ Menorah Lighting and Celebration at Sunny Isles City Hall – Gather together at the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center for dancing dreidels, Menorah lighting, a magic show, festive music and more!
✨Santa’s Enchanted Forest – At its new bigger home, Miami’s favorite holiday themed amusement park awaits with rides, games and delicious food!
✨A Very Merry Garden – Christmas at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden includes daytime reindeer scavenger hunts, letters to Santa, hot cocoa and story time tales with Mrs. Claus. You can also ride a sing-along tram express with Santa himself!
✨The Polar Express Train Ride – Relive the magic of The Polar Express on The Brightline as you are whisked away on a trip to meet Santa with hot chocolate and shortbread cookies served by dancing chefs, storytime and special gift from Santa and his helpers!
